By booking a class, entering the studio, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to attend classes independently.
Participants under 18 may require parental or guardian consent.
Bookings & Membership
All classes, drop-ins, and workshops must be booked in advance where applicable.
Payments must be completed before attending a session
Class packages and memberships are non-transferable
Beatnik Studio reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, or pricing at any time
Cancellations & Refunds

Studio Conduct
To maintain a positive environment, all participants are expected to:
Respect instructors and fellow dancers
Arrive on time and follow class structure
Wear appropriate footwear and clothing
Avoid disruptive or unsafe behavior
Failure to follow guidelines may result in removal from class or suspension.
Health & Safety
By participating in classes, you acknowledge that dance involves physical activity and potential risk of injury.
You are responsible for your own physical condition
Beatnik Studio is not liable for injuries sustained during sessions
Inform instructors of any relevant health conditions before class
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
